Brownstone Adventure Park - OHA Homeschool Day!

Join OHA Sunday August 27th, 2023to kick off Not Back to School at Brownstone Adventure Sports Park!

Everyone must have a pass to enter the park. This event is open to OHA Members and Later This Week Non-Members as well!

I’m giving OHA Members first dibs as I can only accommodate 300 people. So if the 300 spots fill within our OHA Members Group/Friends of OHA Members then the event will not go public.

Spots will go fast like they always do and we will have limited or no availability of spots left as the final payment date approaches.

So feel free to share the event with your homeschool friends (word of mouth . . . Let’s not post this in public/private groups quite yet so OHA Members/Friends have access to the spots first).

Cost is as follows:

General Pass -$30.50 per person (Swimming and Rent Kayaks)

Adventures Pass - $37.50 per person

(All the above plus Rope Swing, Cliff Jumping, Rock Climbing, Zip Lines, Waterslide, Rope Swing, Scuba Diving, Inflatable Obstacles)

You must pay a deposit of $37.50 to reserve your family’s spot. Full payment will not be due until June 30th! This way families have time to budget for what’s going to be an awesome day!

Deposits are non-refundable as we have a contract with Brownstone to fulfill. There will also be no refunds of final payments.

We will have a check in time to get your passes (as of now it’s 10am but it’s subject to park hours that day). Please be sure to put the name you would like the tickets left under on the google form.

You can bring your own food! Just no glass containers are allowed. Coolers are welcomed! Closer to the date I’ll coordinate families bringing a treat to share!

There are no age or height restrictions on most activities at the park. In general, if you have the strength and courage to climb up or jump off … you’re good to go. Zip lines and rock climbing do have a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds. Zip lines have a minimum required weight of 50 pounds.

The ultimate outdoor adventure sports park has rock climbing, wakeboarding, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, cliff jumping, scuba diving, team building,14 zip lines, water obstacles, rope swing. Brownstone is a single destination for all ages or groups of any size. Everyone will have the unique opportunity to explore the quarry's 100-foot freshwater depths, traverse its 85-foot solid brownstone walls, navigate the water's smooth surface, or develop the ultimate team by taking on all the sports in the advanced challenge courses. Full concessions or bring a picnic. Free parking.
